[retjter's telegrams.] LONDON, November 11. Bank Beserve. The total reserve of notes and bullion in the Bank of England is £14,875,500. Australian bides are id lower. LONDON, November 12. Affairs in IrelandA landlord in Ballinrobe, in the county of Mayo, Ireland, has been ostracised by the people of the district, who are strong sympathisers of the Land League, and who refused to assist him with his harvesting. A number of soldiers, Orangemen and volunteers have, however, gone to his aid, and are gathering in his harvest. Owing to the open hostility which is shown, however, by the people to the harvesters, the latter are guarded by a large body of troops, who have been sent to maintain order. Aquatic* The betting on Trickett and Hanlan for the contest on Monday is about equal. Trickett has made his final deposit of £IOO on the race. PARIS. November 12. The Ministerial Crisis. The Chamber of Deputies has passed a vote of confidence in the Ministry, and they have therefore withdrawn the resignations they had tendered in consequence of the recent adverse vote of the Chamber over the March decrees. A SceneA scene of disorder occurred to-day in the Chamber of Deputies. Two members, M. M. Handy and Classen, who had been ordered to be excluded for using violent language, refused to obey the decision, and were consequently expelled from the Chamber. VIENNA, November 12. More Earthquake ShocksFresh shocks of earthquake have been experienced at Agram, which suffered so severely from a visitation on the 9th inst. The people of the town are panic stricken, and the sittings of the Local and Provincial Diet has been temporarily suspended. CONSTANTINOPLE, November 12. The Cession of DulcignoNews has been received that all the chiefs of the Albanian League have now consented to agree to the cession of Dulcigno, and it is expected that the surrender will be made without delay.
