[eeutee’s telegrams.] LONDON, November 6. Statistical. The Board of Trade returns of imports for the past month amount to £27,437,500, being a decrease of £4,875,000 compared with last year. The exports for the same period amounted to £18,687,500, being an increase of £1,000,000 compared with last year. Largo withdrawals of gold from the Bank of England are being made for North America.
