THE CATTLE BOARD.
To the Editor of the Globe,
Sib, —Mr “Punch” said some time ago that “a Board is a wooden thing.” _ This saying was forcibly brought to my mind on reading Messrs Matsons’ correspondence re Mr Gardiner’s cattle. Can nothing be done even at this late hour partially to redeem what appears to me to be a blunder. Yours, &0., COMMON SENSE. November 9th, 1880.
