The Cession of BolcignoDervisch Pasha, -who has been despatched by the Porte with three battalions of Turkish troops to Dnlcigno, has arrived there, and is conferring with the chiefs of the Albanian League, and urging them to snbmit without opposition to the cession of the town and district to the Montenegrins. ATHENS, November 6. The Tnrko-Greek Frontier. M. Conmondonros, President of the Ministry, is asking Parliament to-day to grant credit for increased armaments in accordance with the policy announced in the King’s speech at the opening of Parliament. He declared that it would be suicidal for Greece to recede from the position she had taken up in regard to rectification of her frontier. CALCUTTA, November 6. The Afghan War.
