Moils olose at the Chief Poet Office for the following places (subject to the necessary alteralions) m under s TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 9. ; For Otago, per Te Anau, at 11 a.m. For Northern Provinces, per Wenaka, at 11 THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 11. For Australian Colonies, to connect with Te Anau at Bluff, per express at 7 a.m. Late fee letters may be posted in the travelling post office attached to the express train. For Akaroa and Otago, per Taiaroa, at 11.15 a.m.; late fee letters, 11.30 a.m.; guard's van, 12 noon train. For Northern ports and Australian colonies per Arawata, at 1.50 p.m.; late fee letters, 2.10 p.m.; guard's van, 240 p.m. train. The next mail for the United Kingdom, &c, via Brindisi (for specially addressed correspondence only), wiil close on November 17th. This mail will be due in London on January 6th, 1881. Notich.—Tuesday, the 9th of November, being a Post Office holiday, the office will be closed in all its branches. Letters will be delivered at the counter on Monday evening, after the country mails are sorted, from 9.15 till 10 p.m. SYDNEY J. DTCK, Chief Postmaster.
