LBy Tblbgbaph.] [Per ».s. Albion, at Hokitikn..] LONDON, October 23. A political crisis has occurred in Greece, and the Ministry have been obliged to resign. Immediately after the delivery of the king's speech the Chamber of Deputies proceeded to review the conduct of the Government in relation to the negociations carried on with the powers in reference to the rectification of the Greco-Turkish frontier. A general expression of condemnation was evoked in consequence of their failure to secure recognition for the claims of Greece. An adverse vote of the Chamber followed, whereupon the Ministry forwarded their resignations to the Sing, and now only hold office pending the appointment of their successors. The speech delivered by the King and the subsequent action of the Chamber of Deputies in defeating the Government has had the effect of creating a warlike spirit throughout Greece. The army has been placed upon a war footing, and the people are in favor of insisting by force of arms upon Turkey ceding tho territory demanded by Greece, in accordance with the recommendation contained in the Treaty of Berlin. The situation of affairs at the Cape is assuming a serious aspect. The Basutos, though defeated in every encounter with the Colonial forces, are acquiring strength. The rebellious Natives have been reinforced by great numbers, and Masupah, Lerothodi and other chiefs are manifesting a belligerent attitude. It is believed that the active interference of the Imperial troops will be necessary to effectually overcome the Basutos. CONSTANIINOfLE, October 23. Great efforts have been made during the past few days to overcome the difficulties which have been raised by the Turkish delegates at Oettinge regarding the cession of territory to Montenegro, and the ambassadors of the Powers have been endeavoring to induce the Sultan to give definite orders for the surrender of Dulcigno and the districts of Gnudd and Dinosch to Montenegro, in accordance with the undertakings formally given in the recent note of the Powers. The ambassadors of Germany, France, and Austria, have taken an important part in urging this step on the Sultan, who has, in consequence of the repeated representations, ordered Biza Pasha, in command of the Turkish troops, to complete the cession of the territory within a period of five days. Beyond this order no advance has been made towards the settlement. The difficulty which has arisen among the delegates at Oettinge with regard to the moda of transfer of Dulcigno as affects the details of the surrender has not been settled. ATHENS, October 2t. In consequence of the strong opposition which has been raised in the Chamber of Deputies to the appointment of a new President of the Chamber, tho Ministry of M. Ooumoundou'B tendered its resignation to the King, by whom it has boen accepted. CAPETOWN, October 22. Since the dispersion of the Basutos at Maffeting, the enemy have again concentrated their forces and are now advancing against the Cape Bifles, under Colonel Clark, with the intention of harassing their rear. TEHERAN, October 23. The Khurds, who, according to last reports, were making for the Turkish trontier witn the spoils from the districts that they they hava pillaged, have aSain renewed their ravages and are layiug waste a fresh tract of country. Troops under the oommand of Heshmeted Dowles, Governor of Arabictar, have been got ready and are advancing rapidly against the enemy. COPENHAGEN, October 23. A violent hurricane occurred here to-day, causing great havoo amongst shipping in the harbour. Several vessels have foundered or been driven ashore, and in seme oases lives have been lost.
