The Cession of Dulcigno.

A note has been received from the Porte announcing its intention to cede Dulcigno to Montenegro. The Porte hopes that this step will prevent any further display on the part of the combined fleet, and that it will at once be abandoned. Burmese Affairs. Intelligence has been received from Rangoon that a force of Burmese troops, numbering 1000, has assembled on the British frontier, and is making preparations to attack Allanty’s (sic) garrison at that place, which is being strengthened in view of possible hostilities. TEHERAN, October 12. Prom native sources it is reported to be the intention of the King of Burmah to demand an indemnity from Great Britain for the late Mjoungohe rebellion, and it is also further stated that the appearance of Burmese troops on the frontier is believed to be for the purpose of suppressing the Dacoiteso.
