The whole of the subscriptions for the past year, with one exception have been paid, and together with the er.tr.mco fees amount to £ll7 6s, as against £lll 2s for tho previous year. A larger amount has this year been spent on the ground than in the past season. The refreshment account shows a loss of about £5, when it ought really to bo made lo show a surplus. Our liabilities brought forward to this year are less than wore carried forward from tho past season, and consist principally of interest due on the ground, &0., to the end of the current month, against which we have a balance in the Bank of £lO 15s 6,1 to our credit. The statement of receipts and expenditure will be laid before you, and will, we trust, bo found satisfactory. Too much praise cannot bo given to Mr Neil Black, our hon. secretary, for the amount of work and time he has devoted during the past season to the affairs of the club. The committeo suggest to tho club that, in consideration of tho valuable services rendered by the late Bsoretary, Mr Bird, he ho elected a life member of the club. —(Signed), A. Cuff, treasurer.
