A SANGUINARY PROLETARIAN.
The anonymous letter given below is a specimen of correspondence with which the Mayor has pretty often been favored with of late : Oh Oh Oct 5. Sir, —1 have been looking on for some time how the City Counsel work is carried on. I see no man need apply for A Job with out he is A Roman Catholic an up the county Irish man it is to bad these times when so many of all creeds are out of employment as A word of caution I tell you if this game is not changed and give all a chance we have come to the conclusion to try the Irish Style of business with you and some more of the Gentlemen of Oh Oh that could do A good deal in the way of giveing work and what will A man not do when he sees hungry children remember a man can scarcely be held aocounaby under the circumstances. I have warned you so now beware. ONE OUT OP WOBK.
