The “ Age” states that an intrigue is afoot to oust Mr Berry from the Government after the recess, and that Sir John O’Shanassy and Mr Murray-Smith are combining with that object. MELBOURNE, October 5. New Zealand Oats The market for New Zealand oats shows an improved tone. Feeding sorts are quoted at 2s 4d; milling at 2s 7d. ADELAIDE, October 4. Revenue Returns. The South Australian revenue for last quarter amounted to £496,000, being an increase of £87,000 compared with last year.
