The report received yesterday that the Albanians had set fire to Dulcigno is now proved to have been devoid of foundation. The latest news to hand from the combined fleet is that Admiral Seymour has decided to leave Ragusa on Monday, and proceed south to the Gulf of Cattaro, which is deemed a safer piece of anchorage. Nothing definite has yet been decided upon as to when the fleet will proceed to Dulcigno. At a Cabinet Council, held yesterday, Earl Granville, the Foreign Secretary, informed his colleagues that ho had had an interview with Musnrus Pasha, the Turkish Ambassador, regarding the difficulties between Turkey and the Powers, and that he (Lord Granville) was able to state that the Porto is recoding from the pssition it had taken up, and was now endeavouring to dissuade the Albanians from offering resistance to the cession of Dulcigno to Montenegro. CONSTANTINOPLE, Oct. 1.

The Porte to-day has addressed a request to the Powers through their Ambassadors hero, asking that it may be allowed to delay until Monday, when it promises that definite steps shall bo taken to bring about a solution of the Montenegrin difficulty.
