A report has been received that the Albanians set fire to Dnlcigno, and that the place has been burned to the ground. The rumour requires confirmation. ROME, September 29. GaribaldiGeneral Garibaldi has resigned his position as Member ef the Chamber of Deputies, and has addressed a letter to his electors, in which he says he feels the country is suffering from oppression which he is powerless to avert. NAPLES, September 30. The Italian Navy. The new Italian ironclad Italian--14,000 tons, and with armour three feet thick, was successfully launched at Castellamare yesterday. CONSTANTINOPLE, Sept. 29. South Eastern Europe. Reinforcements of troops are being sent to Riza Pasha, the Turkish commander at Dnlcigno, in the view of possible hostilities with the Montenegrins.
