Ollivier, and J. E. Parker, E<q«., J.P.’a J Drunkenness. —Fop a first offence a man was fined ss. Indecent Expos obb. —W. J. Falloon, for this offence, was sentenced to one month’s imprisonment with hard labor. fßafore J. Ollivier and J. E. Parker, Eeqs., J.P.’a] Thb Cabmen and the Tramway. —D. Howard, a cabman, was charged with obstructing a thoroughfare, and thereby endangering life by so driving his vehicle as to run into a tramway car in High street last night. Mr Oowlishaw appeared for the prosecution, Mr Holmes, retained by the Cabmen’s Society, appeared for the accused. On the application of Mr Holmes, with consent of Mr Oowlishaw, the case was adjourned till the 30th instant.
