Masters of vessels should bear in ccind that the dredge working at the entrance to the inner harbor, must in all cases be passed to the westward in coming in. Buoy* mark the location of her moorings, and these must he caretally avoided by approaching vessels. All steamers, when at least ono honored yards from abreast ot Hie dredge, are to slow their engines to halfspeed.
