LYTTELTON. Thursday, September 16. [Before Caleb VVhitefoord, Esq., 8.M., T. H, Potts and J. Ollivier, Esqa., J.P’s ] Civil Oases. —Bennington v Smith, claim £1 4a; judgment by default. Same vW. Fennel, claim 12a, for boots supplied to defendant’s step-daughter. Defendant refused payment, as his daughter was doing for herself: she was under age. Judgment for defendant. Nalder v Forman ; judgment by consent. J. R. Willcox v J. McDcmld, claim £3 19s. judgment summons. Defendant had filed and did not appear. Case dropped.
