The schooner Clio, Captain Kirk, arrived from Waitapn yesterday. The vessel was detained several days at Waitapu, the tides being unfavorable for getting out. She left on Sunday last, and put into Mana yesterday during a southerly gale. Left there on Fr.day, with the Hannah Barrett in company, for this port, and the Dido, bound to Kaiapoi. The vessels lying at the wharves last evening were—-At No. 1, Helen Denny. Halcione, Loch Cree, Ahernyte; 2, Go-Ahead (s.) ; 3, Hedwig, Planter; 4, Camperdown, Kate McGregor, Fiji, Spec ; 5, Estelle. Comet; 6, Torea, Zior, Byno ; 7, Aratapu. In the Bay—John Knox, Olio, H.M.S. Dauae. In the stream—-Natal Queen, Clematis, Sea Bird, Wave of Life. The Mary King left Auckland September 6th, for Tairna, to load 60,000 ft. timber there for this port. The Cuzco leaves Sydney on October Ist and Melbourne on October sih, in place of the Sorata.
