In the House of Commons, Mr Parnell again reverted to tho House of Lords' rejection of tho Registration of Voters (Ireland) Bill, and again prsposed to tack the same to the Appropriation Act. Mr Forster, Chief Secretary for Ireland, opposed tho proposal, and blamed the Lords for persisting in a course calculated to lead to a change in the constitution. Parliament is expected to be prorogued on Tuesday next.

Mr Gladstone lias returned from his cruise in the Grantley Castle off the coasts of Ireland and Scotland, and is now quite restored to health.
