The list of Bills winch had received the Boyal assent having been received, the members of the House of Representatives appeared to the number oi fifteen, and the Commissioners, Sir Wm. Fitzherbsrt, Hons. John Johnston, G. M. Waterhouse, F. Whitaker, and Colonel Whitmore, having had their commission road, declared Parliament to be prorogued until Wednesday, December lst 3 next. HOUSE OF BEPRESENTATIVES. Wednesday. Sbptbmbbe 1. The House met at 2.30 p.m. 3116 CELXANEOUS. A report of the business transacted during the session was laid on the table. A message was received from the Governor giving his assent to a number of Bills. The Hon. Major Atkinson drew attention to the fact that the report cf his speech in "Hansard" on the motion for the second reading of the Beer Bill was so thoroughly inaccurate that no reliance could be nlaced on it. The House was then summoned and proceeded to the Upper Chamber.
