On the application of Mr McOonnel, nis Honor made an order for payment of costs. WILSON T DBAPBB, CHABTEBS AND CO. Mr McOonnel, on behalf of defendants, applied herein for an order for oosts on the *ule nits for discovery of certain deeds. His Honor made the order. BB THOMAS LUCAS, DBOBASBD. Mr Garriek applied for settlement of a case «n appeal from His Honor's judgment herein. The sureties being present the case was wttled. BB BOBBBT Jt'CONKBY. Mr Bruges applied for an order calling upon James Henderson and William Baunders to ■how cause why a certain bill of sale given by Bobert M'Oonkey to Saunders and Henderson should not be set aßide on the ground that it had been satisfied. The affidavit of the applicant alleged that though satisfaction bad been made by payment of the mm intended to be secured, the mortgagees deolined to make affidavit of satisfaction. Order as prayed, returnable three days after service of rule. OBBDITOBS' TBTJSTBES OB OBABTBBB V OBABTBBB. Mr Garriek applied herein for the creditors' trustees for settlement of issues, and fixing time and place of trial. This was a case in which the trustees of the bankrupt brought an action against the hankrupt and his wife to set aside certain deeds whioh had been exeouted in favor of certain members of his family as being fraudulent under the Bankruptcy Act. Mr McOonnel appeared for the defendant. His Honor settled the issues as proposed, tibial fixed for next nisi print sittings of the Supreme Court at Ohristohuroh by special jury (applied for by plaintiffs).
