The following Bills were passed through committee, were reported without amendments, read a third time and passed:—The New Zealand University Reserve Bill, Canterbury Rivers Act Amendment Bill, Dogs Registration Bill, Brands and Branding Bill, and High Schools Reserves Bill. The Fencing Bill was partly considered, and leave was granted to sit again. The following Bills were passed through committee, reported without amendments, read a third time, and passed: —Rabbit Nuisance Bill and Hobson’s Bay Settlement Bill.
