A surrey was held yesterday on the barque Annabel’s by the surveyors appointed by the Government. A report has not yet been given, the surveyors having sealed up the pumps until to-day, to ascertain what water the vessel was actually making. It probable that a portion of the cargo now in the vessel will have to be discharged before the survey is completed.
