At the Waimote Resident Magistrate’s Court to-day, William Talbot and Eugene Ford were charged with presenting a revolver at William Steele on July llto. This is the sticking up case, particulars of which were telegraphed last week. Talbot was discharged with a caution, and Ford was committed for trial.
