It is reported that England intends increasing the British fleet in the China Seas, which it is believed will he the means of averting war between Russia and China. CALCUTTA, July 22. Afghan Affairs. A durbar was held to-day, at which it was announced that the British Government would recognise the Amoorahip of Abdur Rahman at Candahar.
