To the Jiditor of the Globe. Sib, —Can any of our volunteers tell me why the Cadets are placed before the City Guards in district orders ? According to the rules of the service companies are placed according to seniority. Surely the Cadets are not senior to the Guards. Thera are reports about which, if true, will no doubt throw some light on tho subject. Yours, &0., Interested.
