The Porte continues to taka steps to offer an armed resistance to any attempts that may bo made to enforce the decision of the Berlin Conference, and for that purpose Turkish troops are being massed at Adrianoplo, Salouica, Yolo Prevesa, and Thessaly. Gallipoli, in the Dardanelles, moreover, is being strongly fortified.
