It is believed that Ministers will meet Parliament for the purpose of obtaining a vote for supplies. The Catholics have largely con- , tributod to the Ministerial defeat. It is thought that with the exception of Messrs Paterson and Smith, Mr Berry will exclude his former colleagues. Tho excitement over the elections was intense, but no disturbances occurred.
