Mr Deaoon applied for an order that _ a writ of certiorari be issued to remove said cause into the Supreme Court. The application was granted conditionally, an affidavit of goods attachable being filed. BHAYLOB Y MOBBIS. In the matter of a plaint in the Resident Magistrate's Court between Emma Shaylor (plaintiff), and Edward Morris (defendant), Mr McOonnell moved for a rule nisi to prohibit further proceedings in the Resident Magistrate's Court. Rule granted as prayed. On the application of Mr McOonnell, and owing to the absence through indisposition of Mr Mellish, the writ was made returnable on the 12th of August, or to a day to be further appointed. Mr Slater moved for a rule nisi for Thomas Brown Craig, trustee of debtor's estate, to to show cause why he should not call a meeting of the creditors of the said debtor. Application granted. BB JAII3B CHABLBS GBAHAM, A HINOB. Herein Mr Garrick to move the Court to issue an order for the appointment of Annie Cramond and Wm. Gillies as guardians. This waa allowed to stand over by consent of parties concerned. BB SBOEGB ADAIt DUBBY, DECEASED. Mr Deacon moved for probate to George Frederick Durey and William Stanley, the cexeutors named. Order made as prayed. BB DBAFBB AND CHABTEBS Y. WILSON. Application for further time to answer interrogatories was allowed herein, and a similar application in Wilson v. Draper and another was granted. BB JOSEPH SWINDELL, DECEASED. Mr Fereday moved for an order for probate ', to issue to Elizabeth Swindell and Joseph , Swindell, executrix and executor named. The ordor was granted provisionally. KOBBIS Y. BHAYXOB. j Mr Deaoon applied for the action to be dismissed, with costs. Mr McOonnell, on the other side, objected. After considerable argument, His Honor mode an ordor for dismissal, unless notice for trial be given in time for aext session. , BANKBUPTS DISCHABSSD. j In the following, ordere°o£ discharge were < granted—William Alexander Brown, John Grubb, junior, James Escott (with payment of costs out of estate), Thomas Bird, J.
