Order made as prayed. BB DBAFBB AND CHABTEBS Y. WILSON. Application for further time to answer interrogatories was allowed herein, and a similar application in Wilson v. Draper and another was granted. BB JOSEPH SWINDELL, DECEASED. Mr Fereday moved for an order for probate ', to issue to Elizabeth Swindell and Joseph , Swindell, executrix and executor named. The ordor was granted provisionally. KOBBIS Y. BHAYXOB. j Mr Deaoon applied for the action to be dismissed, with costs. Mr McOonnell, on the other side, objected.
