Mails olose at the Chief Post Office for the following placet! (subject to tho necessary alterations) as under: — TUESDAY, JULY 6. For Northern ports, per Hawca, at 3.15 p.m. ; late fee letters, 3.25 p.m. ; guard's van, 3.55 p.m. train. For Northern ports, per Go-a-hoad, at 4.20 p.m. ; late fee letters, 4.35 p.m. ; guard's van, 5 25 p.m. train. WEDNESDAY, JULY 7. For Otago and Australian Colonies, per Botomahana, at 1.50 p.m. ; late fee letters, 2.10 p.m.; guard's van, 2.40 p.m. train. THURSDAY, JULY 8. For Northern ports and Chatham Islands (to connect with Omaha at Auckland) per Tararua.
