MAIL NOTICES.
Mails close at the Chief Post Office for’ the following places (subject to the necessary altera* lions) as under: — TUESDAY, JUNE 29. For Otago and Australian Colonies, per Eingarooma, at 3.15 p.m.; late fee letters, 3.25 p.m.; guard’s van, 3.55 p.m. train. For Northern ports, per Wellington, at 7 p.m. The guard’s van must not be used for this mail. THUESDAY, JULY 1. For Northern ports and Australian Colonies, via Sydney, per Arawata. The next mail for the United Kingdom, via Brindisi (far specially addressed correspondence only), will be closed at Christchurch on July Ist, and will be due in London on August 21st. The next mail for the United Kingdom, via San Francisco, will be closed at Christchurch on July 17, and will ba due in London on Angnat 31. ' Notice.—The post office at Springbank will bo re-opened from 28th June, 1880. SYDNEY J. DICK, Chief Postmaster.
