The Viceroy of India has sent an order to General Stewart to evacuate Cabul by November. The match between the Australians and Eighteen of Malton, in Yorkshire, was resumed to-day, when the home team continued their second innings which was stopped yesterday owing to the inclemency of the weather. They were all disposed of for 95 runs. The Australians then went in for their second innings, having 87 runs to make to win. They won the match by four wickets. Shipping.

Tho Grand Vizier and Said Pasba, Minister for Foreign Affairs, have resigned. Kaddri Pasba, Minister of Commerce, has been appointed President of the Council of Ministers, and Abbsddin Pasba has been appointed Minister for Foreign Affairs, with the rank of Grand Vizier.
