The Mendoza will leave to-day. The jibboom of tho Norval was put out yesterday, and the crew were busy bending sails and making ready for sea. POET OF KAIAPOI. Tho schooner Advance was on Wednesday morning brought off her position near the bar of the Waimaka?iri and safely taken up the river. A portion only of her cargo of timber was discharged.
