A Ministerial Bill has been introduced into the Lower House of the German Parliament for a revision of the May laws- The changes proposed will provide for large concessions to the Catholics in Germany, and meet the views of the Vatican. The House of Lords have voted an address in reply to the speech from the Throne after a short debate. A similar address has been voted by the House of Commons after a lengthy discussion.
