For Northern Ports of New Zealand and Australian Colonies, via Sydney, perTararua, at 3.15 p.m. ; late fee letters, 3 25 p.m. ; guard’s van, 3.55, i» m. train. The next mail for the United Kingdom, via San Francisco, will be closed at Christchurch on Saturday, May 22nd, as follows Ordinary letters, at 6,30 p.m. ; late fee letters, at 7 p.m ; books and newspapers, at 6 p.m, ; money orders, at 4 p.m.; registered letters, at 5 p.m.; guard’s van, 18.15 p.m. train. This mail will be due in London on July 6th. The next mail for the United Kingdom, via Brindisi (for correspondence specially addressed only), will bo closed at Christchurch on June 3rd, and will be due in London on July 24th. Notice.-—The Post Office at the Weka Pass Railway Works has been re opened at Mr Woodhouse’s store. The Post Offices at Christchurch and Lyttelton will be open every Saturday, night, from half,-past six until a quarter to eight o’clock, for tfco pnrpoae of receiving Savings’ Bank deposits, only. ,
