o THE YOICE OF THE SEA. I. What says the stormy voice of tho eea, As it breaks witn thundering clamour on the shore It speaks of the ocean, wild and free, And of friends, who'll return to us once more. 11. What sayß the sad, low voice of the wave That breaks its snowy crests upon the shore, Which, with soft caresses, the golden sands lave; It speaks of our dead, who'll come back never more. 111. What says the ceaseless murmur of the sea, That never ending voice upon the shore ; It tells of the Future that will be When we shall meet eur friends, to part no more. , Nbmo.
