We have subjected a sample of the above named articla to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are set forth in a separate report, show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid matter in solution. It has a pure fragrant odor, and is absolutely free from any trace of fusil oil or other injurious impurity, and has evidontly been distilled from superior rye groin, always used instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities a schnapps. It is very smooth to tho palate, an? in this respect compares favorably with other samples offered for sole.
