The Barqne Edwin Fox, Captain Phease, arrived this morning from London with 105 passengers. She left London on January Bth, and reports a fine weather passage. Three deaths of children, from scarlatina, occurred in the first part of tho voyage, since whioh good health prevailed among the whole of her passengers.
