Cablegrams, per Hero. LONDON, April 21. There is a split in the camp of Home Rulers, the followers of Mr Parnell being dissatisfied with the moderation of a small section of the party. The “Irish Nation” newspaper indentifies itself with the extreme party, and in consequence of a violent article in a recent issue, the proprietor, Mr Arthur M. Sullivan, has been served with a writ for libel by Mr Philip Callan, member for Dundalk, a well-known Home Ruler. Sir Charles Gavan Duffy is on a visit to Paris, where he intends to make a short stay. LONDON, April 22. Sir Henry Bulwer, Lieutenant-Governor of Natal, succeeds Major Strachan at the Windward Islands. The New Zealand five-per-cent loan is at £lO 10s premium.
