Notice is given that tho entrance to the Manawatu Eiver has shifted to the northward, and that the wreck of the Kata Moynahan is now lying iu the centre of the channel inside the bar, with about five feet of water at low-water spring tides on the shallowest part. Masters of vessels are warned to pay particular attontionto tho instructions of the pilot as to which side of the wreck they are to pass.
