[eeutee’s teleqeams.J LONDON, April 26. The New Ministry. Mr Gladstone is engaged in the formation of the new Ministry, and has already filled the following offices:—Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Earl Granville; Secretary of State for India, the Marquis of Hartington; First Lord of the Admiralty, Earl Northbrook; Lord High Chancellor, Lord Selborne; Secretary of State for War, Mr Childers; Chief Secretary for Ireland, Mr W. E. Forster. Mr Gladstone, as previously telegraphed, will hold office as First Lord of the Treasury and Chancellor of the Exchequer. The remaining portfolios in the now Ministry have not yet been filled but it is expected that Earl Kimberly will accept the Secretaryship of State for the colonies.

England and America re Fisheries. The diplomatic correspondence between Lord Salisbury and Mr Evarts, United States Secretary of State, regarding the Fortune Bay outrage, has been published. The papers show that Lord Salisbury refused to compensate the American fishery, and the dispute, therefore, remains unsettled. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 26. South-Eastern EuropeNows has been received of hostilities between the Montenegrins and the Albanians. The former wore proceeding to avail themselves of their territorial right under the treaty of Berlin, when tha Albanians occupied the country before their arrival. Shots wore exchanged between the contending parties, but the Montenegrins eventually retired.
