LAND SALE.

On Saturday Messrs Aoland, Campbell and Co.. in conjunction with Messrs Miles, Hassal and Co., held a sale of town and suburban sections in the township of Waikari, on account of Mr G. H?.' Moore. The sale, which was held at Messrs Miles, Hassal and Oo.'s offices, was very largely attended, and brisk competition was shown for every lot offered. From the following list it will be seen that there was a most successful sale, town sections averaging the large sum of from £220 to £;)20 per acre, and for suburban sections .£l2O to £3O per acre. The terms of sale were 25 per cent deposit on purchase, and balance at 8 per cent interest for three years.
