NUISANCE IN COLOMBO STREET.
To the Editor of the Globe. Sis, —In reply to “ Colombo street Tradesman’s ” letter in the Globe of last night, I beg to state that it was a Colombo street tradesman that caused the nuisance complained of. Having asked permission to place timber on the unoccupied ground, he has taken the unwarrantable liberty of having his shop sweepings thrown there. I am, Ac., A 1 Hotel. Jas. Blaeb,
