[By Telegbaph.J WELLINGTON, April 22, The following are the vital statistics for the month of March, 18S0 :

The total births amount to 489, against 437 in February, being increase of 52. The deaths are 215, being 2 less than in February. Of the deaths males contributed 109, females 106, children under five years 121, being 56.23 per cent, of whole number ; 86 were children under one year of age.
