Mr Joynt applied for order herein, fixing time and place of sitting of the Compensation Court. It was decided to hold tho Court at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 7th. On the application of Mr Harper an_ order was made for issue of letters of administration to the widow. KB EDWABD HTJEBY, DECEASED. Mr Joyce applied for letters of administration with will annexed, to Charlotte Christina Hurry, widow—granted. BE HENBY WOOD, DECEASED. An order was made herein for probate to Ann Weston Wood, solo executrix. Mr Cowlishaw appeared. A aimilur order was made re Benjamin Wood, decoased, to Catharine Wood, sole executrix. BE S. W. BEOWN, DECEASED. Mr Harper obtained herein a renewal of the order of. September, 1879. BE JOHN GRIFFITHS, DECEASED. On tho application of Mr Spackman, an order was made for probate to issue to the executor named. DEEDS BEGI9TBATION ACT, AND BB WILL OF PHILLIP MABTIN. Mr Perceval applied for leave to register probate copy of will herein. His Honor granted the leave prayed. MCLEAN T OSTLBB. For settlement of issues. Mr Cowlishaw appeared for McLean, Mr Harper for the execution creditor, and Mr Joynt for the sheriff at Timaru. His Honor consented that the case should be disposed of at the next banco sittings, on motion before the Court. OBBEBS OF DISCHARGE Orders of discharge were granted in the following oa<es: — Thomas Hiokling, John Morson, Benjamin Dowle, William Marden, H. S. Smith, and Blair. Orders for debtors' costs to be paid out of the estates were in the following:— James Jackson, Thom. j .s Bird, Henry Qualmer, Wm. Smart, and Leonard Stare.
