ParliamentSaid Pasha, the Grand Vizier, has advised the Sultan to summon a Turkish Parliament, hut it is not yet known whether the advice has been complied with. LONDON, April 18. Resignation of Ministers. The Queen has returned to Windsor Castle, and it is expected that Earl Beaconsfield will to-morrow tender to Her Majesty the resignation of himself and colleagues.

The total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain is 1,910,000 quarters. Adelaide wheat has declined Is, and today is quoted at 57s per 496 lbs. ex warehouse. Adelaide flour has also declined Is, and now stands at 40s 6d per 280 lbs ex warehouse. The market for Adelaide wheat and flour is dull. Australian tallow has advanced 6d per cwt.; best beef being worth 32s 6d, and best mutton 34s 6d. New Zealand wheat is quoted at 47s to 47s 6d per 496 lbs. ex warehouse.
