Now Zealand securities remain firm at last quotations. The 5 per cent now loan is at 109. The 4.} per cent loan is 9Sj. New Zealand wheat remains at 47s 3d to 47s 6d per 4961b5, ox warehouse. Adelaide wheat and flour aro unchanged. Australian tallow, best beef, is worth 325. Best mutton, 345. MADRID, April 14. Execution of a Woulcl-bs Regicide. Francisco Otero, who was found guilty of attempting the life of King Alphonso, on the 30th of December last, was executed to-day. LONDON, April 13. Consols. Throe Per Cent. Consols 98’. The Mails. The homeward mails via San Francisco wore delivered in London to-day. Resignation of Ministry. The “ Standard ” publishes a paragraph stating that the present Ministry only delays its resignation in consequence of her Majesty being on the Continent, but further states that their resignation will bo tendered immediately the Queen returns.
