Lord LyttonIn view of the approaching resignation of the Ministry, Lord Lytton, Yiceroy of India, has been raised to an Earldom. A Training Ship Missing. The training ship Atalauta, with 300 cadets on board, is reported missing. She loft Bermuda at the end of January, and was returning from a cruise. Great anxiety prevails regarding her safety. The Channel Squadron has been ordered to search for tho missing vessel. PARIS, April 12. The Melbourne ExhibitionIt is announced that a vessel convoying French exhibits to the Melbourne Exhi - bition will leave in May.
