CHRISTCHURCH. Wednesday, aphid 7. [Before O. L. Mellish, .Esq., B.M.] Cattle Stealing.— Graham Flowers, on remand, was charged wbh stealing fifteen head of cattle, value £135, the property of Walker Bros. Mr Joynt appeared for Flowers, who was out on hail. Sergeant Morice applied that the accused might be remanded to Rangiora, where the alleged offence was committed. Remanded to Eangiora, to appear on the 13th inst. Mr Joynt applied for the bail to be renewed. One of the accused’s Greymouth sureties was present, bail haring been allowed at tne Greymouth R SI. Court; and another one would be forthcoming. The accused was admitted to bail, himself in the sum of £SOO and two sureties of £350 each.
