LYTTELTON. Wednesday, Apbix 7. [Before Joseph Beswick, Esq., R.M.] Laeceny.—Henry White, on remand, was further remanded until Saturday, at 2 p.m., Mr Joyce appearing for the accused. Faiied to Pboyide.—Mary Ann Durham asked for a protection order for her earnings, her husband being an habitual drunkard and having failed to provide for her and her family of five children. Mr Joyce for tha petitioner. An order was granted and 30s per week for the support of the children j counsel's fee 21s and costs 7s. Civil Business.—T. H. Parkinson t. Cone, claim £96 Os Bd, C. Francott v. Samuel Sbeppard, claim £4 13s : judgment for plaintiff in each case. Andrew McDonald v. Cuff and Graham, claim £ll ss; Mr Joyce for plaintiff, Mr H. N. Nalder for defendants.
