We have subjected a sample of the above named article to a very easeful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are set forth in a separate report, show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate find agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Hart's ■ Schiedam Sohnapps is avery superior article of | its class, is well purified, and quite genuine. It has a pure fragrant odor, and is absolutely free from any trace of fusil oil or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye err.in, always used instead of msH in the production of the choicest qualities t schnapps.
