THEATRE ROYAL.

The revival of the comedy of " Our American Cousin" at the Theatre Royal la%t night attracted a fair house. Although no novelty in itself, the way the piece was played made it very acceptable to the audience, who thoroughly enjoyed Mr Hoskinß' capital representation of Asa Trenchard. Mr Boothman gave a fair rendering of Dundreary, and Mr Alexander made a great deal of the character of Abel Murcott. Miss Florence Colville was a joyous, high spirited Florence Trenchard, and Miss Lizzio Lawrence sustained the role of Mary Meredith in an artless unaffected manner. The performance terminated with the burlesque of "La Sonnambulß," the burthen of the fun being created by Mr J. P. Hjdes as Amina. The same performance will be repealed this evening.
